Returns and Exchanges

Products may be returned, as long as they are unworn and in brand new condition, within 5 days of delivery in original packaging to qualify for the refund. 

There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned products. The refund will include your original purchase price minus shipping charges and restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping through UPS with insurance covering the cost of the item.

Custom pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If you need to cancel an order, you must notify us within 24 hours. After that, the order will not be able to be canceled.  

Payment

We accept PayPal, and most credit and debit cards. Bank wires are accepted, and encouraged, for larger purchases. Please contact us for details.

We also offer an installment plan for orders over $50 through Shop Pay. This breaks your purchase up into four installments with no interest and no fees (see details on product page).

Processing does not begin until payment is verified.

Shipping

Please allow up to 7 days before your item is shipped, as all of our products are made to order. We have a rigorous quality control process and take pride in selling only the best products.

We have a flat rate shipping charge of $20.

After processing all orders are shipped with tracking insurance and signature required authorization for all orders over $500. Due to the nature of the items and their value this cannot be changed so we can assure a safe delivery to your home or business address. 

Warranty

All of our jewelry comes with a workmanship warranty, meaning any manufacturing defaults would be covered. This warranty does not include daily wear and tear such as re-pronging, damage due to negligent actions, or loss. We highly recommend all customers speak with their insurance provider to discuss coverage for their jewelry items.
